After calling the store, I’m deciding not to purchase a Sony monitor from them. And based off the reviews I’ve read I’m probably dodging a bullet. Only positive experience I’ve had is that they at least email me back in the same day. Short story, I wanted to buy an OLED monitor from this place off Best Buy Marketplace. On Best Buy, there was no warranty information. So I decided to reach out to this place about the warranty, and it doesn’t match the manufacturers warranty. Video and audio center told me twice through an email it comes with the 1 year manufacturer warranty. When I called Sony, they confirmed that the monitor comes with a 3 year warranty and burn in protection. Instead of waiting I called the store and got a sales rep. When asking about the warranty I was told repeatedly, “I don’t understand what you’re asking.” Or “I don’t know the details about the warranty. Call this number”. Whoever I spoke to was VERY quick to push me off the phone and did not have good customer services qualities. Well I called the number and it went right to a voice mail. It’s a shame, this place is one of the few places who has the monitor I want. But will now spend my money elsewhere becau

Absolutely dreadful. I paid over 3k for a 98 inch tv. Took long to arrive. But when it shipped And I received the shipping information, I noticed that it said the size of the shipment was smaller than the size of the TV. So I emailed asking to confirm that the right TV was sent, and no one replied. Sure enough, when it came, The box measured at 90 inches, presumably for an 85 inch TV. Waited all that time, paid all that money, all for the wrong tv. It was done through Amazon so I submitted a return and got the shipping label, but they only offer drop off. Had to pay extra money to schedule a pick up. Wasn't a lot to schedule a pick up, but still a pain. Hopefully the tv gets to them and they actually refund me the money. Time will tell.

Scam artists. Paid for a $1k+ TV; got an envelope and a second tracking number that went nowhere. Order still showed “delivered.” Support wouldn’t update the order with the correct tracking or schedule delivery. Had to escalate through Amazon for a refund. Never again.

I would have given them five stars but I had a UPS shipping issue. My experience working with this company was very good. I called about a unique color bezel for a Samsung Frame TV and spoke with Adrien. They had it in stock when no one else did. Adrien was responsive and sent the item by UPS with a tracking number. When it didn't arrive in 5 days, I called and he traced the package and it was MIA. So he quickly sent another one and it arrived in perfect condition in 2 days. He followed up to make sure that it arrived and that I was happy. Excellent service!

I ordered this tv it said it was brand new open box inspected to check shipping conditions. I called the store to make sure to check this tv over and they said they tested it no issues. No it's not stuck in greyscale. They wouldn't refund me, or work with me at all due to their open box policy. Samsung tech came to replace the panel and tcon board and this tv never recovered. It was always washed out long story short I ended up reselling it as a loss after it sat for awhile. It was a $1500 TV at the time
